GENERAL INFORMATION
TRUST® Mn+ formulated for correction and prevention of MANGANESE deficiencies. It is formulated with “Ethylene di amine tetra acetic acid” (EDTA), which facilitate the absorption and metabolism of manganese within plant tissue. Manganese is an essential plant mineral nutrient, playing a key role in several physiological processes.
Manganese is used in plants as photosynthesis, respiration, and nitrogen assimilation. Manganese is also involved in pollen germination, pollen tube growth, root cell elongation and resistance to root pathogens.
Manganese has a relatively low phloem mobility in plants, and as a result, typical leaf symptoms of deficiency first develop in younger leaves. Manganese deficiency symptoms, often look like those of iron deficiency, appear as interveinal chlorosis.
