GENERAL INFORMATION
Iron is essential element for the synthesis of chlorophyll and its presence ensures green in all plants. When it is deficient in the soil, Leaves affected and turn to yellow while the veins remain dark green, a condition known as iron chlorosis. If this condition continues, the leaves may turn white or brown and also plant may die in serious deficiency. This problem especially observed in crops grown on calcareous soils and bicarbonate concentration.
